Sunday works with good old email addresses, your favorite messenger app, and other photo sharing apps, so of course, family and friends dont need a Sunday account to see your photos.

Finally, a couple of important points:
- Sunday is 100% private. Only you can see and share your photos. For extra security on shared devices, you can even lock Sunday with Touch ID so only you can see photos in the app!
- Sunday does not require your family or friends to have an account in order to see the photos you send them.
- Sunday does not automatically store a copy of photos: they remain safely stored where they are today (Gmail, Facebook, Picasa, Dropbox, Instagram, Flickr, OneDrive, Foursquare / Swarm, your iOS device, iCloud Photo Library). Its a great complement to one (or more) cloud storage services, but not a replacement. Keep backing up!
